It’s been a long time since I’ve had any updates on what I’m working on next or if there will be any more Kat. I’ve also received quite a few questions in that regard.
Well, I have an answer.
There WILL be a Kat Redding book 4 and 5 through Kensington! However, they are set to be e-book only at the moment. There is a chance that if they sell well enough, we could see print copies, but as it stands now, you’ll have to get your Kat fix through your favorite e-reader.
Now, I’ll admit, this isn’t ideal, but things could be far worse. I’m not going to complain. In fact, I’m thrilled I will have the opportunity to keep the series going at least two more books without having to try to do it myself. And if things do take off, then they will see print copies and everyone (hopefully) will be happy!
Book 4 in the Kat Redding series is tentatively titled Blood from a Silver Cross.
So what else is going on in my writing world? Well, if you check over in the events section, you’ll notice events being added for the year. I’ll be doing readings, selling books, and will be on a panel or two. I’ll be updating here more and more with more information, including what exactly I’ll be doing in case you happen to be in the area and want to attend. I’m a little behind on the full posts, but soon, you should be seeing more information.
Also, there is a little bit of news in regard to Little David Lost. There have been a pair of online reviews here and here that have caused me quite a lot of relief! Trying something new is hard. Having people actually like it makes me very, very happy! That’s what I work for!
Want to read it? Well, you could buy a copy, at the link provided, or if you want, there is a giveaway HERE. I’m very interested in hearing what others think about the book, especially since it is such a departure from the Kat books.
So, that is that! There will be more Kat books and hopefully interest will grow in the standalone YA horror e-book. I have a few more projects I am working on, so hopefully something will come out of one of those as well.
Thanks for reading!
