Daily Find and More!

It has been quite a while since I’ve posted anything here. It’s not because I wasn’t busy or even too busy, but rather, for a myriad of reasons. There wasn’t much in the way of news to report, I was having a hard time sorting through everything that had been happening, and my wrist and thumb decided to give up on me, making typing more difficult than it used to be.

So what has been happening?

Well, first off, To Walk the Night is currently the Nook Daily Find for March 20, 2013. You can also get the $1.99 price at Amazon for those who have Kindles.

After a few visits to the doc, my wrist is feeling much better these days. It was at the point where bending it even a little was impossible without some serious pain. But while the wrist is 100% better, my thumb still isn’t great. I can function fine, but my grip is weakened and even basic chores like doing the dishes is difficult. I’m hoping that in the next few weeks it will improve because I really don’t want to get another shot. But at least now I can type much easier and with my nice new gigantic phone, I can use Twitter on the go with much more ease.

As for my writing, I’m still hard at work. I have quite a few projects that I hope will turn into something, though I’m not going to talk about any of them until they do! And for those who are interested in more Kat Redding books, I do have the first draft of book 4 done. I currently do not have a contract for it, so I’m in wait and see mode for that right now. I hope to have some news on that front in the near future. And while sales numbers (thanks to me being practically invisible online for months now) for Little David Lost haven’t been great, the reviews have actually been pretty good. It was an experiment to see what would happen if I put a book out there through only my agency, rather than a publisher, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t put a lot of work into the book. Hopefully, if you haven’t already, you’ll give it a try sometime! You can get it at many e-book retailers, including Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

I also will be making appearances this year. Most, if not all, will be in Ohio, so if you live in state, or will be travelling through at the right time, stop by to see me! These will be listed in the events page as soon as the dates are confirmed with more information being added when it is available. At the time of this writing, only one event is listed, but I hope to have 3-4 more listed in the coming months. I hope to see you there!

Well, that about covers it for now. Not a ton of new news, I know, but hey…I’m sure the flood will be coming soon. It has to, right?!

Check out the links and feel free to get hold of me.
