I’m thankful I’ve been given a chance to share my writing with others. There was a time when I thought it would never happen. Becoming an author was something I’ve always wanted, but never thought I was “good enough.” Those two words are pure evil. They’ve stopped so many people from reaching their dreams, all because of self-doubt or lack of support.
Good thing I’m stubborn.
Now, while I would love for everyone to jump up and rush to the nearest bookstore or computer to buy/order the book, I know it isn’t going to happen. I’m not going to bribe or beg. I’m just going to say “thank you” to anyone who will or has bought the book.
I could ramble on all day about the release, but then I’d just bore everyone. I had planned on making a post last week, giving a quick rundown of some of the latest news/items, but ended up getting sick right after Christmas. I didn’t get much of anything done and logging on to try to make a blog post when I could hardly think straight didn’t seem like a good idea. Hopefully I’ll get everything…
I did an interview over at Fang-tastic Books. Head on over and check it out!
And look! Over the holidays, I received the cover flat for Kat Redding book 2, Tainted Night, Tainted Blood. I was thrilled to see all the red, since it is pretty much my favorite color.
I’m sure I’ve missed a few things and hopefully I’ll catch them all in my next update. I’m going to do my best to make a blog post once a week, though it is more likely to be every week and a half instead. Thanks again to anyone who picks up the book. I’d love to hear what you think!
Oh, and be sure to check the site in the next couple of days. I’ll be running a giveaway for the release of the book!
